My favourite green smoothie

Nourishing smoothie that is the perfect way to start your day!
This is the perfect smoothie to have when you want a green smoothie that doesn't taste too green! It is creamy, sweet, tangy & super filling making it the perfect breakfast on-the-go. I like to top my smoothie with something crunchy as this increases the level of satiety.
Creamy Green Smoothie
Makes 1 large smoothie (suitable for breakfast or lunch)
GF, Vegan, Raw
1 C baby spinach leaves (or kale)
1 banana, frozen
1/3 C frozen mango
200 mL coconut milk (I like pureharvest)
100 mL coconut water
1 Tbs coconut yoghurt
1 Tbs hemp seeds (I use these from Hemple)
1 Tbs pumpkin seeds
1/2 Lime, juice
2-3 sprigs mint
2 Tbs Superfood bircher (optional)
Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender & blend on high for 1 -2 minutes.
Pour into a glass jar & serve.
I like to top mine with a sprinkle of superfood bircher & stir through for added texture. This increases the satiety level, keeping you full.
