Gluten free & vegan - the perfect protein packed brekky
Makes approx. 6 C with each serving being 1/3 C
1 C hemp seeds
1 C chia seeds
1 C almond meal (I just freshly grind almonds in my blender)
1/2 C shredded coconut
1/2 C flax seeds (linseed)
1/2 C sesame seeds
1/2 C rolled oats (gluten free)
1/2 C pumpkin seeds
1/2 C sunflower seeds
4 dried pineapple slices, finely chopped
3 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp mesquite powder
Combine all ingredients in a a large jar & stir or shake to combine.
Prepare the bircher the night before by soaking 1/3 C in 3/4 C coconut ilk (or your favourite milk).
In the morning serve with fresh fruit.
